In the event of a claim, dispute or action is instituted which includes goods and/or services brought against Axium Bioresearch, and if any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret this contract or any provision of this contract, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in the event of breach of this contract.
